How awesome would your life be if you started practicing mindfulness at a young age in life - can you imagine how much peace and balance you would feel as an adult? In this workshop we will discuss different tools that you can use in your own home to help your child begin a life full of confidence, peace, and balance. From the food they eat to making mistakes, there are many things that contribute to the overall well being of children!

Do you often find yourself becoming more emotional or stressed because of your own child’s emotions? Do you feel at times no matter what you do your child will keep screaming or crying for no reason until they feel like they get their way? During this time together we will break the surface to look into why children may be reacting with the emotions they express. Then we will learn skills that will help you to work with your child (or students, if you’re a teacher) to process and express their feelings in a healthy way. A pen and paper is the only required material for this, to allow you to take notes. Otherwise, come with your struggles and open minds, ready for discussion!

What better timing than before the holiday of Thanksgiving to take about one of our 10 POB Practices, Expressing Gratitude. This hour will be spent teaching the children what it means to be grateful, why it’s important to show gratitude, and how we can express gratitude to fill the hearts of others and ourselves.

This camp will be in person, in Raleigh, North Carolina. We will spend our time together learning and practicing the POB Practices that contribute to the Hallmarks of the POB Lifestyle. You will also be given tools to help reinforce these practices at home.

Please drop your child off each morning in comfortable clothing with a water bottle and packed, healthy lunch (except Friday - we will provide lunch on this day).

This camp will be virtual. We will start our morning on Zoom for 45 mins each day, Monday through Friday. We will work in a small group with your child to learn and practice the POB Practices that contribute to the Hallmarks of the POB Lifestyle. You will also be given tools to help reinforce these practices at home.
