This is a great way to enjoy the creative process provided when you clear your mind and become present in the moment. We will come together to experience the feeling of creating from your present moment focused state, while in community. We will learn to practice non-judgement while we honor our self-expression. We will let go of believing we must have special talents to create a piece of art.

MATERIALS to bring:  paper (any size you want) and either/or pens, pencils, paints
